Irene Kelman
Hi, I’m Irene, and I’m a mortgage broker with more than 30 years’ experience in the finance industry including 22 years with Santander. I was regional mortgage manager for Santander for many years and have won numerous awards off the back of this. I was also head of sales for Mortgage Advice Bureau before starting ISK Complete Mortgages.
Based in Glasgow but originally from up north in Elgin, having worked in Edinburgh for years, I’m very familiar with the market process in Scotland and beyond. Nothing makes me happier than changing people’s lives and turning their dream home into a reality. This is why when I started ISK, I decided to make our tag line ‘putting customers at the heart of what we do’ because that’s what I want us to pride ourselves on. With us we always have the customers’ best interest at heart.
Kayleigh Kelman
Hi, I’m Kayleigh, Admin support for ISK and I’m Irene’s daughter. I have over 12 years’ experience in the banking industry working for Santander and I have an undergraduate degree from the University of Glasgow and I’m a new mum to my son Jude. I enjoy helping people and making sure that we get the best possible outcome for our customers and making sure that we make this process as stress free as possible for everyone, whether that be first time buyers or looking to remortgage.
